Operating Status of the Washington National Records Center on Friday, September 2 and Beyond

The Washington National Records Center will remain closed on Friday, September 2 for cleanup and repairs.

We expect to reopen the building to all staff after the Labor Day holiday on Tuesday, September 6.

We will be servicing emergency and high-priority reference requests through Friday, September 9, and we expect to be back to normal operations by Monday, September 12.

Many thanks to our customers for your patience during this unprecedented event. As always, updates will be posted here, on our Twitter feed, and on the FRC Facebook page as they become available.
