On Thursday, August 6, we co-hosted a virtual Collaboration Day with the General Services Administration (GSA) on electronic records management solutions. The Collaboration Day was part of our Federal Electronic Records Modernization Initiative (FERMI).
At the event, we provided updates including the release of Version 2 of the Universal Electronic Records Management Requirements, our work on the Federal Business Lifecycle and Business Capabilities, and the draft Universal Use Cases. Staff from GSA presented on ERM service offerings, Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) updates, and the future vision for Electronic Records Management Solutions category (518210ERM) in GSA’s Consolidated Schedule. We also had two agencies share their experiences with using the ERM category. Vendors and agency representatives had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the event.
Over 1100 people attended the virtual meeting, representing 471 vendors and 101 Federal agencies. The Collaboration Day was recorded and is available for viewing: GSA’s Zoom for Government. Vendors and agencies can submit questions or comments to GSA at firstname.lastname@example.org. Questions about FERMI can be sent to email@example.com.
