On September 18, NARA’s Electronic Records Archives system (ERA 2.0) became available for agency records scheduling. ERA 2.0 now has full functionality for scheduling and the majority of all previous ERA data has been migrated into the system.
A significant update to the system occurred last week which contained several fixes, including the ability to export records schedules as pdf files and to allow for bulk actions within the transfer request (TR) process. In addition, ERA 2.0 is on target for the upload of TRs associated with the 2024 annual move.
Users of ERA 2.0 are reminded to refer to the ERA webpage for important information including the Agency Checklist for ERA 2.0 Launch and the ERA 2.0 Training Materials page. We will continue to provide updates about ERA 2.0 as necessary.
