I am a senior records management policy analyst in the Office of the Chief Records Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration. A CRM since 2009, I began my tenure at NARA in 2008 as the Director of the Fort Worth Federal Records Center. In 2014, I accepted a leadership role on NARA's Agency Assistance Team. Upon dissolution of the team in 2019, I was asked to join the Policy and Program Support Team within the Office of the Chief Records Officer. In this role, I formulate recommendations for Government-wide policies, procedures, regulations, and guidance for the management of Federal records in all media. I also provide records management assistance to other Federal agencies. Finally, I manage strategies and communications related to the external Federal records management community by producing a wide variety of written material for dissemination both within NARA and government-wide.
